Our Clients
At Ascenda Capital LLC our clients are smart consumers
and financial institutions who have sought trusted professionals acting as
fiduciaries, not product salespeople acting in their own (or Ascenda's) best
interest. Clients retain us to help them identify important goals and then
detail a step-by-step guide to achieve them. We have clients from the United
States and international clients, we encourage periodic face-to-face meetings,
however, much of the communication required can now be accomplished on the
internet, making our physical location almost insignificant.
Our clients are most frequently business
owners, corporate executives, banks, financial institutions, attorneys, and
retirees. Generally we are most helpful to those with at least:
$200,000 or more of combined annual income
OR
$1,000,000 or more of net worth*.

Why we are
different
Whether they admit it or not, most advisors have
incentives to sell products that makes their firm the most money. Most fees are
hidden from the client so he or she is unaware. This allows the advisor to steer
the advice so that his compensation is increased rather than what is best for
the client. Many of these firms use the term "fee-based" to confuse
the public who thinks they are getting "fee-only" advice.
Ascenda Capital charges fixed fees quoted in advance so
there is no hidden conflict of interest between you and us. We do not
accept referral fees or "gifts". Our compensation comes from our
clients rather than brokerages, hedge funds, insurance companies and other
product pushers. This is recognized as the consumer friendly
"fee-only" business model.
Our clients share their goals and needs with us. We, in
turn, use our expertise to seek out the most appropriate solutions for them. We
are selective with our clientele and will not work with everybody. We limit the
number of clients we work so we can know them better. This allows us to be more
attentive and provide better service.

Our Fees
Comprehensive Financial Plan
The initial fee for developing a comprehensive
financial plan is based on the complexity of your situation. In most cases, the
higher the net worth, the more complex the situation. Use the following table as
a guideline to help you determine the fees according to your net worth.

Ongoing Cash Management Services:
There are two options for ongoing services. You can pay
